We offer two expedition routes for your gear:

  1. Expedited Trailblazer Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  2. Free Wilderness Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?

Our Oklahoma-based team takes 1-2 days for Expedition Prep – carefully inspecting and packaging your gear with the same attention to detail we’d want for our own adventures.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive detailed tracking information so you can follow your gear’s progress like a backcountry GPS signal.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We stand behind every product like we stand behind our own gear. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. While we’re confident in our selection, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be tested in the field to be truly appreciated.

How do I initiate a return?
