Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally to most countries (excluding some Asian and remote regions). From our Oklahoma headquarters, we’ve delivered gear to adventurers on every continent we serve.
We offer two expedition routes for your gear:
- Expedited Trailblazer Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Wilderness Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Our Oklahoma-based team takes 1-2 days for Expedition Prep – carefully inspecting and packaging your gear with the same attention to detail we’d want for our own adventures.
Absolutely! You’ll receive detailed tracking information so you can follow your gear’s progress like a backcountry GPS signal.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product like we stand behind our own gear. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. While we’re confident in our selection, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be tested in the field to be truly appreciated.
Email our adventure guides at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to our Oklahoma basecamp.
